 Mainly composed of 316L stainless steel skeleton and rotational molding theme module, the buoy shape is quite lightweight, weighing only 67kg, easy to operate manually. 

The main skeleton material 316L stainless steel, which has particularly good corrosion resistance in sea mist and seawater with a large amount of salt, can be used under harsh conditions.

The rotomolding parts are made of LLDPE, and the color of the finished product conforms to the industry standard of the IALA Association, and after the 20000h UV Rating test according to the ASTM2565 standard, its chromaticity coordinate value is still within the IALA standard. 

The internal filling material of the buoy is a two-component polyurethane material, and the closed pore rate is greater than 90%, which ensures that the float will not sink due to water ingress after damage, resulting in the safety of navigation.
