8) Construction records.
During the construction process, the following contents should be recorded in detail:
a, Painting place, painting date, meteorological conditions and temperature and humidity at the time of painting.
b, Coating varieties, production batch numbers, manufacturers.
c, Surface treatment method and grade of the coating part.
d, Application method, number of coats, interval time and dry film thickness values.
e, Count the number of paints used.
f, Special circumstances and processing results.
9) Acceptance after painting.
a, The paint film of each part of the buoy should be flat, uniform, no bottoming, no leakage, no wrinkle skin and hanging.
b, After the coating is completed, the total dry film thickness of the coating on each part of the buoy shall meet the requirements of the technical indicators.

d, The person participating in the acceptance shall sign and archive it.
e, During the painting process, the relevant information documents should be included in the buoy painting file and properly kept.
10) Patching for coating defects.
a, When the film thickness does not meet the specified requirements or the surface quality of the coating is defective, repair or rework shall be carried out according to the type, scope and severity of the defect.
b, When repairing, the variety, number and thickness of the paint to be repaired should be consistent with the surrounding coating and painted in order.
c, The overlap of the coating between the patch area and the surrounding area should be smooth to avoid obvious unevenness.
11) Safety and Protection.
a, Personnel protection.
