A new order, which includes 4 sets of Steel Navigational Buoys, with diameter Φ3000mm. 12 pieces of 38mm dia x 18 meter U2 open link chain black bitumen coated  and some Shackles with a diameter of 38mm, Swivel Assembly with diameter 26mm and 38mm, has been finished and is ready to be transported to Malaysia. 

These 4 sets of steel navigational buoys are designed for usage in the deep water or deep sea. with the main material of steel plate CCSB, has high performance and good anti-corrosion. The advantages of steel navigational buoys are their high strength and easy production.

Basic Structure

The floating body and tailpipe parts are formed with structural steel from CCSB hulls and welded. The ballast is easy to manufacture with HT200 and has good corrosion resistance. The lampstand part is composed of hot-dip galvanized steel pipe welding, and the corrosion resistance of the substrate is better.

The float is made of welding the upper and lower heads and cylinders, bulkheads, etc., and is divided into four sealing cabins, two of which are damaged and enter the water, and the buoy is still floating and will not sink into the water. Three lifting lugs are provided for hoisting and connecting the saddle chain on the upper and lower rings of the buoy, and one additional chain link is provided for a single-chain connection. Set up two anode zinc blocks to protect the buoy.

 About our U2 open link chain, the main material is stainless steel 316, with size CM490 and black paint. They are extremely strong, durable, and highly corrosion-resistant.
