A marine company in Abu Dhabi city, The UAE has placed an order about our 8 sets of Polyethylene Beacon Buoy  This company is a navy military enterprises, who has a set of strict rules about supplier selection. After a month of negotiation all the details, they finally decided to cooperate with us.  

The polyethylene beacon buoy is an outstanding medium buoy which suitable for inshore coastal and estuary locations. it consists of 2 pieces virgin MDPE, and the floating section is filled with closed cell and water resistant polyurethane foam which is the only brand used in U.S. Coast Guard. so the rate of water absorption is quite lower.  The best advantages of this material is when the floating part is hit in the sea, it does not affect the normal operation of the buoy, which make the buoy more durable.

The key features of the polyethylene are excellent stability and high visibility MDPE super structure. and we use low density polyethylene primary color material as the floating body material, while sandblasting and painting process are not necessary during the production. All the material we use can be recycling, so they are environmental friendly.
