In this passage, we would like to show you the main production process of steel mooring buoys.
1, Cutting the material. ( the main material of our steel mooring buoys is CCSB, which belongs to cast steel for hull-structure, all the steel plates are with thickness )
2, Plate rolling. ( The roll plate is a method of bending the plate into shape by rotating the shaft roller.)
3, Riveting ( The riveter riveted the steel metal plate and assembled the components.)
4, Welding. (We use CO2 welding, manual welding,Submerged arc auto welding and automatic welding.)
5, Welding.( All weld surfaces should be visually inspected, the weld wave should be uniform, and the edges of the weld should be smoothly transitioned to the base metal)
6, Welding detection. ( NDT is the primary method to check the structures and weld joints.)
7, Barometric pressure detection.( The barometric pressure test is to check whether the container has leakage or abnormal deformation after making or overhauling)
8, Spray primer. ( We use epoxy paint. the advantages of expoxy paint are good corrosion resistance and adhesion; high strength and good toughness and stable chemical properties.)
9, Spray painting.( In general, more choice of large caliber gun spraying paint, spraying coating used in intermediate caliber gun, small caliber gun with spray paint.)
