The main material of the rotomoulded body is LLDPE with low density, so the color of the product meets the standards of the IALA industry and pass the test of UV rating successfully.  and it doesn't need any maintainess.

We use modular combination design and enhance the key components by advanced technology. if some of the components has damaged, we can change and fix them on site. which is quite convinent for us.

The internal filling stuff is a two-component foam material, and the closed cell rate is greater than 90%, which ensures that the floating body will not sink due to water entry after damage, which will affect the safety of navigation.

The aseasonal polysthylene navigation buoy will keep working with LED light and high power lithium battery for a long time, Even in the frozen port, so we do not need to change the buoy during the spring and autumn.
