In this passage, I would like to introduce the structure of our Standard Steel Buoy.

The standard steel buoy consists of floating  bowl, tail pipe, Balance iron and light stand.The hull of the floating bowl and tailpipe are formed and welded with CCBS special structural steel.The Balance iron is made of HT200, which has the advantage of  excellent corrosion resistance and convenient production. The light stand part is composed of hot-dip galvanized steel pipe welding, and the corrosion resistance of the substrate is better.

The floating bowl is made of upper and lower head, bowl, bulkheads and others by welding, devided into four sealing cabins, if two of them are damaged and water is entered, and the buoy is still floating and will not sink in the water. The upper and lower rings of the buoy are setted with three lifting eyes for hoisting and connecting the saddle chain, and the lower part is additionally set with a chain link for single chain connection. what's more, we also set up two anode zinc blocks in order to protect the buoy.

The color of the buoy and the depth of the hull can be produced as the customers requirement.
