Our heavy-duty steel spar buoys are designed for marine navigation, channel marking, and offshore applications. Custom sizes, buoyancy, and configurations are available.
The float is made by welding the upper and lower heads, cylinders, bulkheads, etc., and is divided into four sealing cabins, two of which are damaged and enter the water, and the buoy is still floating and will not sink into the water. Three lifting lugs are provided for hoisting and connecting the saddle chain on the upper and lower rings of the buoy, and one additional chain link is provided for single-chain connection. Set up two anode zinc blocks to protect the buoy.
The center pipe is made of high-quality carbon steel seamless pipe, and the plate is composed of CCSB hull structural steel, formed and welded.
The color and thickness of the surface painting can be carried out according to the customer's requirements.

Steel Spar Buoy Design and Features:
1) Watertight Four-Compartment Design
The steel float is divided into four independent watertight compartments. This multi-compartment design provides additional flotation redundancy and helps maintain buoyancy if one or more compartments are damaged.
2) Stable Spar Structure
The elongated spar-shaped body provides a deep draft and helps maintain a stable upright position in the water. A lower ballast system can be incorporated to improve stability in waves and offshore conditions.
3) Lifting and Mooring Connections
Multiple lifting lugs and chain connection points are provided for transportation, installation, and mooring. The configuration can be adapted to different anchoring and mooring requirements.
4) Navigation Equipment
The upper structure can be equipped with navigation lights, topmarks, radar reflectors, and other navigation equipment according to the buoy's intended application and marking requirements.
