A pillar buoy is a common marine landmark consisting of a floating structure and a vertical column usually anchored to the seabed. It is used to mark a specific location or provide navigation guidance for ships.

Our pillar buoy consists of a float, a tailpipe, a ballast, and a light stand. The floating body and tailpipe parts are made of structural steel from CCSB hulls and welded. The ballast is easy to manufacture with HT200 and has good corrosion resistance. The lampstand part is made of hot-dip galvanized steel pipe welding, and the substrate has better corrosion resistance.

The float is made of welding the upper and lower heads and cylinders, bulkheads, etc., and is divided into four sealing cabins, two of which are damaged and enter the water, and the buoy is still floating and will not sink into the water. Three lifting lugs are provided for hoisting and connecting the saddle chain on the upper and lower rings of the buoy, and one additional chain link is provided for a single-chain connection. Set up two anode zinc blocks to protect the buoy.
