Rotational Molding Process: During the heating process, the mold will rotate around two vertical axes to ensure that the plastic is evenly covered on the inner wall of the mold. Cooling: After the rotational molding is completed, the mold will be cooled rapidly. During cooling, the interior of the buoy remains hollow, thereby ensuring the buoyancy of the buoy. In the end, some subsequent finishing work may be required on the buoy, such as deburring, punching, painting, etc.
