In these days, our engineer has designed a new kind of polyethylene buoy--The 1800mm data buoy.

The 1800mm data buoy has high visibility MDPE super structure and with 2 pieces float section. our ZAZ used advanced moulding technology, and the buoy hull is filled with a closed  cell and water resistance polyurethane foam with low density, which can help keeping the buoy afloat when the floating section is hit in the sea.

What is more, all the material we used  can be recycled, they are environment-friendly. We use low density polyethylene primary color material as the floating body material, while sandblasting and painting process are not necessary during the production.
