adopts ground-integrated sewage treatment equipment.
The equipment integrates a regulating tank, pre-denitrification
tank, anaerobic tank, anoxic tank, MBBR biochemical tank,
high-efficiency vertical flow sedimentation, and disinfection
tank. It has the advantages of a small footprint, high integration,
low investment, stable effluent, etc. The equipment has the
functions of IoT intelligence, which can realize remote monitoring
and convenient operation and maintenance. The effluent water
quality meets the secondary standard of "Shandong Medical Pollutant
Emission Standard" (DB37/596-2006), the emission standard of "Medical
Institution Water Pollutant Emission Standard" (GB18466-2005),
and the first-level B standard of the "Urban Sewage Treatment
Plant Pollutant Emission Standard" (GB18918-2002). The effluent
water quality meets the corresponding national and provincial
emission standards. Since the effluent of this project is
discharged into the municipal sewage, the effluent water quality
is better than the municipal sewage standard and fully meets
the emission requirements. Given the particularity of
Fangcang Hospital, this project carried out pre-disinfection
treatment at the source of sewage generation, and strengthened
disinfection measures at the front and end of the entire
process to ensure that the effluent water quality meets
the requirements.
The process adopted by this equipment is the A3/O (MBBR)
process. The A3/O sewage biochemical treatment process is
a comprehensive improvement of the traditional A/A/O (i.e. A2)
process.
It optimizes the setting of the pre-denitrification zone,
anaerobic zone, anoxic zone, and aerobic zone with clear functions
adds a front-end pre-denitrification zone, removes nitrate
nitrogen carried in the reflux mixed liquid ensures the
excellent environment of anaerobic polyphosphate bacteria,
improves the biological treatment efficiency of the reaction
system, and enhances the effect of nitrogen removal and phosphorus
removal.
The MBBR process has the advantages of both traditional
fluidized bed and biological contact oxidation, stable and reliable
operation, strong impact load resistance, good nitrogen removal effect,
and is an economical and efficient sewage treatment process with the
characteristics of the fast biochemical system startup, good nitrogen
removal and phosphorus removal effect, less residual activated sludge,
and low investment and operation costs.
