1. The advantages of environmentally friendly plastic

drainage performance, and the rainwater and sewage discharge
rate is 1 to 3 times that of traditional inspection wells.
(6) Lightweight, easy to transport and install, reliable
performance, strong bearing capacity; strong adaptability and
complete varieties, the shaft height can be adjusted at will,
holes can be drilled on the shaft, and the direction can be
adjusted to meet all the needs of engineering installation.

is more advantageous than traditional inspection wells; it can
be recycled and reused, and have huge social benefits.
(8) Good sealing performance and anti-leakage. Because of the
flexible connection method: flexible and convenient, it can
overcome the harsh construction environment of wind, dust, sand
and ash. It can also overcome the difficulty of repeated
insertion due to the increase in road surface height.
(9) Save materials. Plastic inspection wells use polymer resin
as the processing material to replace red brick cement, saving
topsoil resources; the specifications used in building communities
are reduced, which greatly saves the land space occupied by
buried inspection wells.
2. Production method:
Wenyuan plastic inspection wells are all made of a one-time injection
molding and reinforcement molding technology. The surface of the
well body shows a P pattern, and the inner wall is smooth and without
shearing, showing the guide flow groove of the well seat. A clear
guide groove is set in the good seat to effectively prevent water
flow from rushing and avoid head loss, thereby greatly reducing dirt
retention and facilitating cleaning and maintenance.
The wall thickness can reach 7 mm, and the overall strength
of the good seats is greatly increased, which is currently
unattainable by other inspection well manufacturers.
The interface R arc design is convenient for the installation
of the well shaft and pipeline, and the sealing rubber ring
is not easy to fall off. If there is no R arc, the sealing
rubber ring is easy to slip out of the interface.
The bottom of the Wenyuan plastic inspection well seat is specially
designed with mesh reinforcement ribs and 360° annular surface support,
which doubles the guarantee and makes the well body more stable,
comprehensively improving the safety of the entire system.
3. Technical level of plastic inspection wells:
The plastic inspection well consists of a well seat, a well shaft, a well
cover and plastic inspection well parts. The inspection well shaft can be
made of buried drainage pipes, such as PVC-U double-layer axial hollow
pipes, HDPE hollow winding pipes, etc.
According to the number of pipes and angles, there are starting well seats,
straight well seats, three-way well seats, four-way well seats, 90-degree
elbow well seats, etc. In order to adapt to various drainage conditions,
plastic inspection wells are also equipped with matching plastic
inspection of well parts such as inner and outer diameter conversion joints,
saddle joints, reducers, confluence joints, and angle joints.
These parts and well seats are used together to ensure the flow and
sealing of the entire drainage system.
The inspection well cover can be made of cast iron inspection well
cover, composite material inspection well cover, and steel fiber
concrete inspection well cover. The quality meets the requirements
of the current "Plastic Inspection Well for Drainage in Building
Residential Areas" CJ/T233-2006. The color is white or gray, and
the inner and outer walls of the well shaft should be smooth and
flat. There should be no bubbles, cracks, depressions, uneven
color, and decomposition discoloration lines on the surface.
The plastic well shaft seat has no cracks or cracks under
