Polyolefin composite wear-resistant pipe
I. Introduction
Polyolefin composite wear-resistant pipe is a wear-resistant
pipe with polyolefin wear-resistant material as the
wear-resistant layer, which is formed by co-extrusion with
the base pipe.
It has a long-term working temperature below 45°C
and is an ultra-high performance wear-resistant pipe for conveying
various liquids, slurries, and granular solids with wear resistance
requirements.

II. Name/Term
2.1 Polyolefin wear-resistant material:
Material with polyolefin as the main body that has both
wear resistance and processability.
2.2 Wear-resistant layer:
The inner layer of the pipe has a certain thickness and
wear resistance made of polyolefin wear-resistant material.
2.3 Base pipe:
The pipe body of the polyolefin composite is wear-resistant
pipe without the wear-resistant layer.
2.4 Polyolefin composite wear-resistant pipe:
The pipe material is co-extruded with high-density polyethylene
as the base pipe and polyolefin wear-resistant material.

4. Technical indicators
4.1 Color
The color of the wear-resistant layer is different
from the color of the base pipe. The wear-resistant layer
is normally white, and the base pipe is generally black.
4.2 Dimensions and deviations of the base pipe
The base pipe dimensions and deviations of polyethylene
wear-resistant pipes comply with the provisions of GB/T 13663.2.
4.3 Length of base pipe
The pipe length is generally 6m, 9m, 12m, and can also be
agreed upon by both the supply and demand parties.
