PE steel belt reinforced pipe
I. Product introduction
Steel belt reinforced PE spiral corrugated pipe is
an advanced pipe structure formed by winding a
polyethylene-reinforced by steel belt.
It is the latest technology in the international
synchronization and is the most rigid pipe among
many plastic structural pipes.

II. Product features
The metal-reinforced spiral corrugated pipe for underground
drainage is a structural wall pipe made of HDPE and steel melt
composite.
The pipe wall structure consists of three layers:
the inner layer is a continuous solid wall inner layer pipe,
the outer layer of the inner layer pipe is wrapped with
a steel plate folded into an inverted "U" shape annular
corrugated steel plate reinforcement, and the outer layer of
HDPE with the same waveform as the steel plate reinforcement
is composited on the coated corrugated steel plate reinforcement.
The new structure and scientific and reasonable molding process
give the pipe unique advantages.
·High bonding strength and reliable performance
·High ring stiffness, large diameter, wide range of diameter
selection, ring stiffness ≥8kN/m2, diameter from DN300mm-DN2000mm.
·Easy to connect, no leakage.
·Corrosion resistant, service life can reach 50 years. Steel belt
reinforced PE spiral corrugated pipe connection method
·Electric hot melt belt connection method Hot melt extrusion
welding connection method
·Heat shrink tube (belt) connection method Clamp (Hal sleeve)
connection method
·Socket connection method
Our company recommends that the steel belt-reinforced polyethylene
PE spiral corrugated pipe adopts the combination of electric
hot melt belt welding and hot melt extrusion welding.
