Main uses of HDPE dredging pipe: land reclamation, port

construction, sand pumping engineering, filling engineering,

and other related mud and sand slurry transportation, 

riverside sand plants, lakeside sand plants, mortar 

transportation, dredgers, sand pumping ships, and other types

of sandship pipes, pump pipes, and sand and gravel transportation

pipes.

Features of HDPE dredging pipe products:

1. Lightweight, only one-eighth of steel pipe.

2. Through the movable flange connection, it is easy to install,

disassemble and transport, shorten the start-up time, and 

improve efficiency.

3. Good flexibility, tensile force, high strength, and elasticity,

the pipe wall is folded in half, squeezed, and not easy to break

under external force impact. The pipes are connected and easy

to bend. 4-8 pipes can be bent 360 degrees. They can be connected

on land. The concave and convex surfaces can be directly connected

below 30 degrees.

4. The inner and outer walls are smooth and wear-resistant enough, which is

4-8 times that of steel pipes. It has self-lubrication, low friction

coefficient, and higher transportation efficiency, which is 20%-30%

higher than steel pipes.

5. Strong corrosion resistance, unchanged for 50 years in seawater

and underground.

6. Extremely strong anti-ultraviolet and anti-aging ability, the service

life is much longer than iron pipes, PVC pipes, nylon pipes, and

ordinary plastic pipes.

7. The movable flange connection, the entire pipeline has no welds,

and the pipes are directly connected with bolts, which make sure

that there is no deformation, breakage, or dripping during long-term

frequent installation, and disassembly, ensuring efficient

transportation.

8. The operating temperature is between -40℃ and 60℃, which can adapt

to be suit for climate temperature changes. It can be used for a long time

in water or on land. The project cost is low, the efficiency is high,

and it is more convenient for us to use.
