We use low density polyethylene primary color material as the floating body material, while sandblasting and painting process are not necessary during the production. All the material we use can be recycling, so they are environmental friendly.

The floating part filled with water resistant polyurethane foam (the only brand used in U.S. Coast Guard.)  the rate of water absorption is quite lower. so when the floating part is hit,  it does not affect the normal operation of the buoy, which make the buoy more durable.

The inside of the float is not filled, the counterweight adopts the water tank method, when the water came into the buoy, the bottom will be automatically filled, and the buoy is keeping stable, the water is automatically discharged after lifting.The floating external module is bolted in stainless steel for reliable construction and installation. Easy to maintain and easy to operate.
